Sales presentation training
Having a weak close and insufficient call to action is the biggest failure
The whole purpose of a sales presentation is to sell, yet most sales presentations start with a long and elaborated explanation of the comany, where its based, number of employees which frankly is of no interest to anyone. My sales presentation training focusses on one key word, simplicity coupled with persuasion. Sales presentations need to excite, clearly demostrate the solution and value to the organisation - dont get confused between benefits and features, always think what solution your product or service will do for the audience in question, if you've done your homework, you should know exactly which buttons to push. Because most sales presentation training courses focus on formulaic patterns, many sales presentations typically fail miserably at the end with a weak pityfull close. The though that you need to implant in the audiences mind is 'I want this product, what do I need to do next', so your close should tell them what the next steps are, a call to the future, a pilot programme or simply a signed commitment to get the process moving.
