Having a bespoke programme is like having a tailored suit, it makes you look and feel great, but more importantly, gets people to respond to you positively

There's nothing that I enjoy more than sitting down as a prospective buyer and having a company pitch, or present to me. By acting as a potential client I can take in every aspect of the company experience, from signage and reception staff through to introduction and close. Every aspect of the customer experience is part of your presentation, and that what I love to analyse.

Bespoke programmes are perfectly suited to orgainsations or individuals that consider communication skills fundamental to their success, and that of their organisations. I can come in and advise, coach or help develop a standardised presentation model for new employees, or help create a stadard suite of multimedia presentations for a variety of scenarios.

One to one coaching is also available especially for key events where support is needed to facilitate the agenda, arrange guest speakers, write speeches, work on delivery and give honest, critical feedback when required.
